MEET THE ATTORNEY

Kylie M. Caporuscio, Esq.

Kylie Caporuscio is the firm's founding attorney. Kylie has handled a wide array of civil litigation cases including business partner disputes, defamation, homeowner disputes, foreclosures, landlord/tenant disputes, personal injury, and employment disputes.  Kylie emphasizes research and writing in her practice to win cases through favorable caselaw and written advocacy.  Kylie also focuses her practice on civil and criminal appellate law, again applying her interest in research and writing.  Kylie completed her undergraduate work at American University, graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (Communications, Law, Economics, and Government).  She then attended law school at George Mason University School of Law where she became an editor of the school’s Journal of Law and Economics.  Kylie is admitted to practice in the state court of Florida and the Middle District of Florida.
